Rabobank is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our Regulatory Reporting team and focus on sustainability regulatory reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data, which forms the foundation for our regulatory reports and senior management decisions. Picture yourself working in an environment where taking on challenges and participating in operational tasks and innovative projects is essential.
As a Finance and Risk reporting specialist, you are at the center of Rabobank Group. All sustainability reporting is handled within the Reporting Centre. You will be working alongside colleagues addressing various regulatory reporting and other data-related challenges. This role allows you to collaborate and communicate with several departments, such as sustainability, control, and data foundation. We strongly believe that working in multidisciplinary teams produces the best results. You will be encouraged to demonstrate initiative when working on innovative projects and improving processes and systems (agile way of working). The team you will join is the Sustainability Squad within Group Functions.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect and validate data from various sources, investigate and resolve inconsistencies and errors, prepare reports, and analyse shifts in figures.
  • Engage in process improvement, maintain contact with stakeholders, and participate in setting up new reporting processes.
  • Address data quality issues structurally and work on big data sets.
  • Participate in the interpretation of new regulations and develop reporting solutions.
  • Maintain a structured, hands-on approach to work.
