Description:
The Onshore IT System/Business Analysts proposed by the Contractor shall have at least 10 years of IT experience and the following skill sets:
- Good planning and communication skills;
- Performing requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, design thinking, prepare requirement specifications, flow charts, logical diagrams, process improvements;
- In cloud technologies like GCC Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform etc with certifications (preferred GCC Azure);
- Knowledge in the land transport domain;
- Familiar with local public sector projects and government policies and processes such as IM8, cybersecurity, data security;
- Experienced in projects utilizing Agile, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies; and
- Application security and best practices in application development standards and methodologies.
