Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will analyze data from various sources, identify trends and patterns, and present actionable insights to guide our organization’s strategic decisions.

In your role as Business Analyst, your responsibilities include;

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from CRM systems, sales records, and customer feedback to generate meaningful reports.
  • Forecasting: Provide a clear way to look forward to how the business performs based on the input of customer-facing teams
  • Insight Generation: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business improvement. Develop self-service analytics tools for departments and management aligned with their goals and objectives.
  • Reporting Tools Management: Develop and maintain business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, provide user-friendly and comprehensive insights to business leaders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, professional services, customer success and Finance teams to understand their data needs and support them with relevant analytics and dashboards.
  • Market and Trend Analysis: Conduct trend analyses to support strategic planning and operational adjustments.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on sales, marketing, professional services, and customer success outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization based on data analysis and contribute to implementing changes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on data analysis and interpretation to foster a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization.
  • Proven experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field. Minimum three (3) years is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and software, particularly PowerBI.
  • Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and present findings clearly.
  • Finance background/knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
