JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading projects, conducting data analysis, and supporting the development of innovative solutions.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong data analysis skills with a proven ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating insightful reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with R for statistical analysis is advantageous.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in business analysis techniques and best practices.
• Solid understanding of database design principles.
• Experience with ERP conversions/reconciliations
• Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Proficient in SQL for effective data manipulation and retrieval.
• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
