Description:
Partners Community Health (PCH) is a new not-for-profit organization, focused on bringing healthcare services together around the needs of people living in Mississauga and West Toronto. PCH currently operates Wellbrook Place East and West, a combined 632-beds Long Term Care Home and part of PCH’s larger strategy that will introduce innovative and inclusive programs and services and new models of care delivery. POSITION SUMMARY:
PCH is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support the Partners Community Health team. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to analyze and document data flows between multiple business systems, including HRMS, Payroll, Recruiting, and others. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to review data processed across these platforms, define the necessary data flows, and design specifications for integrating data into an SQL database. This data will ultimately support the development of insightful Power BI dashboards that drive strategic business decisions.
REQUIREMENTS GATHERING:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, etc.) to gather business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for data integration and reporting purposes
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on analyzing HRMS, Payroll, Recruiting, and other business systems
- Proven experience working with SQL databases, data integration, and ETL processes
- Prior exposure to building or supporting BI tools, such as Power BI
- Strong understanding of data flow between systems, especially HRMS, Payroll, and Recruiting systems
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to query, analyze, and document data flows
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Familiarity with data mapping, data modeling, and designing ETL pipelines
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
