We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team. As a Business Analyst, you will report to the Application Manager and play a key role in making sure technology solutions and business goals are aligned so that an organization can best meet the needs of its customers and employees.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive solutions across various teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• A team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, capable of building and maintaining both business and technical relationships while balancing autonomy and accountability.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Partner in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing ones, acting as a liaison between the Tachus community and the IT organization to ensure technical solutions meet user and business needs.
• Assess current business processes and existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to align with business goals. Develop and implement solutions with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate potential solutions through thorough requirements analysis, preparing detailed business cases and proposals for application modifications or replacements that align with both technical and business objectives.
• Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions to ensure they meet intended business outcomes, making adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, workflows, and reports, to support ongoing projects and ensure clarity across teams.
• Act as a bridge between multiple levels of management, user groups, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Offer support and training to end-users on new systems and processes, facilitating smooth transitions and successful adoption.
• Keep current of the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
