REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

• Experience in the design, development, and implementation of one or more software applications (Enterprise software and/or client custom applications)
• Demonstrable ability to resolve complex system or business issues, often thinking on their feet, and offering multiple creative solutions or options.
• Ability to develop processes that enable best practice software solutions aligned to client needs the right technology, process optimization, training, and strategy solutions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work within an Agile development structure
• Ability to work independently, as well as contribute significantly in coordination with a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing, positive attitude.
• A passion for service, pride in the quality of their work, and the instinct to follow through until a job is properly done well.
• Attention to detail and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be resourceful and take initiative.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects.
• Ability to be flexible to and adapt to the dynamic nature of client-driven software projects.
• Knowledge of Talent and HR-based software and/or custom software development projects is a plus.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role working with enterprise software applications.
• Ability to travel to multiple client locations and semi-annual firm meetings.

  Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a driven, innovative Business Analyst who is eager to embrace the dynamic field of talent management technology. The Business Analyst is responsible for requirements analysis, business process mapping, training, solution design, and ongoing operations of Educe software products and client custom applications.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position involves working closely with clients and colleagues to do the following:

• Gather and document requirements and business processes from clients.
• Translate requirements and business processes into user stories for Educe products and/or client custom applications.
• Support the design, development, testing and launch of Educe products and/or client custom applications.
• Create client facing test documentation and test scripts
• Build knowledge of Educe software products, processes, and related systems.
