Mandatory Skills

• CAT-1 cleared/eligible candidate
• Possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in technology business analysis or software development, with a focus on accounting applications.
• Experience overseeing complex IT projects, including system integrations and data migrations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong ability to manage teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Proven excellence in documenting BRD, FSD, user stories, visual modeling, and business processes.
• High expertise in Java, Oracle SQL, and APIs, or alternatively with expertise in out-of-the-box accounting products, e.g. SAP.
• Experience in data analysis, pattern recognition, and model development.
• Experience in Product Management and Agile Methodology, with a strong delivery focus.
• Good understanding of the accounting business domain.
