Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. This role will involve driving the delivery of mission-critical web and mobile applications while also maintaining and enhancing existing projects. Our software applications must be robust, secure, and future-proof, given our portfolio of customers. We seek your experience, knowledge, and resourcefulness to deliver world-class solutions for our clients.
You should be able to learn quickly and work independently - we’ll help you as best as we can, but you must be tenacious and resourceful enough to figure out things you don’t know how to do.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering with excellent academic records or outstanding professional/personal achievement.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software delivery project, including maintenance projects, with a focus on Agile Methodology.
• Excellent analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas.
• Strong influencing and people management skills.
• Ability to visualize workflows and translate them into digital mediums (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Strong and avid interest in web and mobile applications.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful team member with good tech/digital knowledge.
