JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Business Analyst – Treasury (Finance)
Location (Facility): Headquarters
Reports to (Position Title): Assistant Treasurer

Responsibilities:

JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE

The position is responsible for owning the treasury systems landscape. This includes working on treasury system projects, data quality initiatives, user support and treasury technology to drive process improvements. The position requires a detailed oriented business analyst with a track record of working and delivering on financial system projects. The key measure of success in this role will be the individual’s ability to become a subject matter expert in treasury systems by leading treasury business systems implementations, adding automation to processes, and working directly with treasury users to resolve technical process limitations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Treasury systems projects, including ad-hoc project requests
  • Provide process, functional, and technical subject matter expertise and guidance to internal business and IT team members
  • Act as the Treasury lead in providing business process, functional, and/or technical guidance, as needed, to address day to day system-related challenges
  • Conduct data quality analysis on Treasury systems to identify data quality issues, and work with IT to mitigate data quality issues
  • Document and review business requirements with Treasury/Finance subject matter experts
  • Create test cases and be the point person during the testing phase of system implementations
  • Develop ad-hoc reports based on the Treasury organization reporting needs
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and audit control
