We are looking for new colleagues to strengthen the product development teams.
You will work in cross-functional team, focusing on developing country payroll engine and actively contribute to achieving the SD Worx goal of becoming number 1 in Europe!
Therefore we are looking for motivated employees who would like to contribute their skills as business analyst to provide future-proof products for our customers in an agile way of working.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare analyses and functional descriptions of business and customer needs based on a clear overview of the bigger picture and understanding of HR & Payroll specifics.
  • Collaborate with team members to craft clear user stories.
  • Close cooperation with different stakeholders so that business requirements are clearly understood.
  • Lead functional workshops with partners and define data mappings together with them.
  • Manage change request related to data mappings on partner level
  • In a chaotic and complex world using your pragmatic view on things in order to get things done
  • Providing input for the UI/UX design.
  • Writing user documentation in the user’s language.
  • Actively contribute to the team processes to improve the functioning of the team & interaction with other teams inside and outside the tribe.
