- Facilitating workshops and discovery of business and process requirements
- Analysing for optimisation opportunities or root-cause
- Leading activities relating to data migration for future data structures including but not limited to cleansing, mapping, analysis and transformation
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications for solutions
- Implementing and testing of solution
