Description:

Responsibilities:
- Complete all assigned tasks to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
- Identify potential areas of concern that could impact client satisfaction and address them proactively.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee and insured information.
- Analyze benefit administration issues to determine necessary policies and procedures.
- Develop administration policies and procedures or make business recommendations to ensure consistent and cost-effective claims administration practices compliant with regulations and company policies.
- Participate in training programs and contribute actively to team meetings to enhance client satisfaction and promote teamwork.
- Must be able to create pivot tables, and utilize functions (vlookup, concatenation, if/then) within the application.
- Responsible for building and maintaining MS Excel models using pivot tables to project costs for drug costs to develop budget forecast.
- Perform KPI analysis and present metric results to global clinical supplies management team.
- Develop metrics via Excel models to analyze resource allocations and forecasts for use by managers within the department.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s)
