Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Complete all assigned tasks to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
  • Identify potential areas of concern that could impact client satisfaction and address them proactively.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee and insured information.
  • Analyze benefit administration issues to determine necessary policies and procedures.
  • Develop administration policies and procedures or make business recommendations to ensure consistent and cost-effective claims administration practices compliant with regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in training programs and contribute actively to team meetings to enhance client satisfaction and promote teamwork.
  • Must be able to create pivot tables, and utilize functions (vlookup, concatenation, if/then) within the application.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining MS Excel models using pivot tables to project costs for drug costs to develop budget forecast.
  • Perform KPI analysis and present metric results to global clinical supplies management team.
  • Develop metrics via Excel models to analyze resource allocations and forecasts for use by managers within the department.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s)
