Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Business Analyst who is required to be ONSITE IN REGINA SK

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document all types of changes, including new processes, functional and non-functional changes, integration changes between systems, and data requirements. May work on data conversion projects.
• Elicit business rules, and assist the business in analyzing and identifying improvements to them.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Validate the correctness of requirements captured by other analysts or vendors.
• Mentor junior analysts in business analysis and testing.
• Interface with vendors.
• Perform testing or assist with testing when needed.
• Suggest improvements to business analysis process and testing process when needed.
• Assist the Project Manager and project lead(s) in completing tasks within the project plan.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the role of a Senior Business Analyst on large and complex transformational projects to migrate legacy applications to an entirely new platform.
• Extensive experience with workshop facilitation.
• Experience in analyzing not only workflow requirements but also integration and data requirements.
• Experience in mentoring junior analysts.
• Extensive experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases for Information Technology applications.
• Experience with SQL will be an asset.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, and communication skills at all levels of stakeholders.
• Strong oral, written, and graphical skills.
