Description:

The responsibilities listed below may vary depending on the specific projects:

  • Participate or facilitate discussion sessions with stakeholders, team members, and endusers. Prepare all documents including but not limited to requirements documents, project documents, meeting minutes and decision requests.
  • Analyze and document requirements for reports and dashboards.
  • Attend meetings with vendors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and organize meeting minutes and action items.
  • Participate in testing including developing and executing test cases, performing testing related tasks, and supporting or leading user acceptance testing.
  • Create Process Flow diagrams.
  • Liaise with the business and technology stakeholders to facilitate the development of the business requirements into solutions.
  • Translate the business requirements into Functional and Non-functional requirements.
  • Determine feasibility of the business requirements and alignment to business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems by analyzing and developing new approaches to existing practices.
  • Collect and analyze information and present findings on complex issues.
  • Research best practices and incorporate them into the analysis.
  • Estimate time and resource requirements associated with an initiative (human, financial).
  • Perform analysis on project initiatives by applying various analytical techniques such as SWOT, ROI, Gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Conduct requirements review walkthrough sessions with user experience/design, technology, and end-users.
  • Review applicable technology prototypes.
  • Assist with the development, issuance, and evaluation of Requests for Proposals (RFP) for technology solutions.
  • Create User Stories and Use Case documents.
  • Create Requirements Documentation inclusive of requirements, scope, project objectives, business problems and/or opportunities, solution context, functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
  • Other work relevant to the service category as required.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the role of a Senior Business Analyst on large and complex transformational projects involving both technology and process transformation.

  • Experience in analyzing and documenting requirements for reports and dashboards.
  • Experience in creating project documentation, staying organized, and writing clear meeting minutes and decision requests.
  • Experience in supporting vendors to implement SaaS products.
  • Analyze requirements for custom and SaaS products, including processes, functional, non-functional, integration, and data requirements.
  • Experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Experience in organizational change management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management principles.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, and flexibility to handle a variety of tasks.
  • Strong oral, written, and graphical skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management. In depth knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Learning Management System (LMS) modules. Proven ability to integrate and optimize processes using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (asset).
  • Proficiency in Sapiens Policy and Claims Modules (asset),
  • Proven track record in implementing IT Service Management Processes (asset).
