Description:

YOUR DAY TO DAY

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be accountable for the end-to-end analysis activities required for the development and enhancement of DevSecOps Framework and will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the high quality for DevSecOps Framework in the IT Ops Area, that deliver the best customer experience and meet our client’s needs.

WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE:

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/IT Business Analyst/Functional Business Analyst
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills (at least B2, ideal C1-C2)
  • Experience in working with both Agile & SAFe delivery methodologies
  • Requirements analysis and elicitation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and facilitation skills
  • Ability to be flexible and navigate complex and ambiguous situations
  • Experience in working with requirements management tools (JIRA and Confluence)
  • Detail oriented and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Ability to work with offshore/virtual teams
