Description:
Location: Newbury or London + *Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

WHO YOU ARE
- You will preferably have an Agile background working in Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban teams / Digital Teams.
- You will have solid examples of practical experience in business analysis tools and techniques
- You will have a passion for working on both new and existing systems, defining the needs for amends with as much enthusiasm as brand new builds and solutions.
- You will possess the ability to untangle complex problems in imaginative and creative ways and articulate complex ideas and be able to transform complexity into simplicity for different audiences.
- You will be adaptable and have the pragmatism to use your own experiences to decide what tools and techniques will work and when, or when it is appropriate to try something else.
- You will have a cross-functional experience working with other disciplines (namely UX, Tech/Architecture, QA and Design), possibly within an Agile environment, or using Agile practices.
- You will be curious and creative and be able to get to the heart of a problem to decouple the solution from the intrinsic business need.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a new Business Analyst who can perform within one of our scrum teams and engage with stakeholders through the wider business. Withing this role you will have an broad and exciting remit to drive Agile culture within your scrum teams and beyond.
- You will be work closely with Developers, Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Agile leads to understand problems and break down work in order to build collaborative solutions.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and positively influence outcomes.
- You will capture, analyse and document business process requirements.
- You will be responsible for Elicit and validate the non-functional requirements, including performance, implementation design, usability, security & audit, and appropriate legislative requirements.
- You will assess the business impact of any change or new process requirements identified.
- You will communicate requirements to development teams using appropriate documentation (Lean Canvas, Epics, User stories),
- You will run elicitation workshops, using a variety of common, industry standard methods and tools.
