How you make a difference:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing the current state of the business, gathering requirements for new solutions, and performing gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiencies. They will provide recommendations based on their analysis to help the organization achieve its business goals and objectives. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to ensure that their recommendations align with the overall strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and report on various contractually required reports, including monthly facility visit summaries, compliance reports, staffing vacancies/reimbursements, and internal operating reviews.
  • Conduct trend and root cause analysis using financial and utilization data, and research/report on claims and A/P systems.
  • Develop and prepare reports for business planning, contract analysis, and operational feedback.
  • Assist in developing project plans, including detailed work plans and timelines, using project management tools.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including tracking, monitoring, reporting, and maintaining documentation of processes and implementations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • College degree in Finance or related degree.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a role demonstrating business system and financial analysis. Strong written communication skills & ability to clearly articulate analysis and recommendations to both financial & operations teams. Strong MS Office, including Excel, skills.
