ROLE - BUSINESS ANALYST

• Full time, Permanent
• Sydney or Adelaide Location
• Hybrid working model

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and manage requirements for system changes, business processes, and policies.
• Manage requirements through the project delivery lifecycle to meet business needs.
• Provide recommendations for process redesign and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information.
• Ensure that all Group Operations reporting requirements are accurately updated in a timely manner.
• Support the Unite program by representing Group Operation’s needs, understanding the business impact of changes and advocating effective solutions.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
