Overview:

Business Analyst -Wholesale Banking

• Functional understanding on corporate banking
• Technical understanding of APIs, MW and integration
• Excellent documentation and BRD writing
• Defect management and coordination
• Scope management and supporting PM

Responsibilities:

• Business Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements for enhancements and new features
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with various stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and development teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• User Story / BRD Preparation: Create detailed user stories/BRD’s and use cases that outline system functionalities and requirements.Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data related to banking transactions and customer behavior to identify trends and insights.
• Change Management: Assess the impact of changes on existing processes and help manage the transition.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and use cases.
• Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the banking products and stay updated on industry trends.
• Reporting: Create reports and provide insights to management on project progress, key performance indicators, and areas for improvement.Agile / Waterfall Methodology: Work within Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure efficient project management and delivery.
