Description:

Winpak is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Solutions team within our Corporate IT department based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
In this role, you will play a critical part in the documentation and analysis of business requirements for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementations and associated systems. The ideal candidate has strong business analysis and project management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively. This role is essential for ensuring that ERP and CRM systems meet organizational objectives and are delivered efficiently. In addition, the Business Analyst will support ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and alignment with business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment, with exposure to ERP and CRM systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in creating business documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and test scripts.
  • 3+ years of experience in a collaborative role that required strong analytical and communication skills to work effectively with others.
  • 1+ year of experience managing projects including milestone tracking and scheduling.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Certificate in business analysis and/or PMP certification
  • 3+ years of experience with ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Infor M3/Movex, SAP, Oracle, Hubspot, Saleforce)
  • 3+ years of experience with business process mapping and data workflow optimization.
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ERP and CRM systems.

    • Develop detailed specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams to capture business needs effectively.

      • Partner with technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs.

      • Support testing and validation processes, ensuring that solutions align with requirements and are thoroughly tested.

        • Assist with project scheduling and milestone tracking, ensuring that timelines are met.

        • Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders, maintaining alignment with project goals.
        • Stakeholder Communication and Training


          • Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technical teams to ensure understanding of requirements.

          • Assist in user acceptance and training efforts to ensure a smooth transition to new systems.
          • Process Improvement


            • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
