Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Digital Business Analyst at WongDoody, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital products. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions.
  • Managing functional requirements throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to sign-off.
  • Documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements with comprehensive acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for resolving blockers related to requirements and scope.
  • Supporting client product owners in finalizing requirement details and communicating decisions.
  • Assisting in backlog prioritization aligned with strategic goals.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Performing business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and feature enhancements.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business analysis.
  • Proficiency in capturing and managing requirements across the product lifecycle.
  • Strong ability to write user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Experience advising client product owners and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with As-Is and To-Be process mapping.
  • Understanding of development processes and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working on large-scale development programs with international teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders and facilitate problem resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English with a collaborative attitude and a sense of humor
