Business Analyst ( Systems ) (SQL, Insurance, Software development, Negotiation)
Essex - Hybrid (2days a week in the office - Mondays and Wednesdays, 3 remote)
£80,000 - £90,000 ( Dependant on experience )
Are you a Business Analyst or similar with a background in insurance, seeking an environment where leaders demonstrate their values in action and inspire and motivate them to do the same?
In this role you will be an integral leader of a close-knit, cohesive team, leading the charge within a focused organisation, providing solutions for clients with the ability to own projects
This role would suit a Business Analyst or Similar with a solid background with the insurance arena, looking to have the freedom to be creative and drive the team in streamlining a smooth process.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF :

• Creation of Documentation and MIS Reports using Report Builder tools such as Crystal and MS Report Builder
• Build SQL queries and use SQL to report on and modify databases
• Analysis of Business and System process flows and design appropriate solution
• Hybrid working with some travel to other sites.
• Advising and consulting clients on best practices both internal and external
• Creating project feasibility reports
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
