Description:
Macro Pros is seeking an individual with skills and experience that would allow them to serve as a Business and Financial Operations Consultant. A strong candidate will have 8 or more years of transferable skills such as a business analyst, an executive assistant, a compliance analyst, a project manager, a human resources coordinator, or a policy analyst. Contract is for 3 years. Hybrid work schedule consisting of 75% on-site in Washington, D.C., and 25% remote. Must have an Active Secret Clearance to apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Masters Degree Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Clearance Required: Active Secret
- Experience: 8 or more years of experience in business and financial operations or executive assistant role (or related job), with a focus on administrative support, and operational tasks.
SKILLS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in meeting facilitation and documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working within a government or military organization, particularly within the M&RA portfolio.
- Familiarity with government reporting requirements, correspondence management systems, and policy coordination processes.
Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE & ANALYTIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform administrative tasks, including creating, reviewing, and tracking correspondence.
- Provide program, administrative, and operational supports.
- Assist in research and preparation of studies, staff coordination, and the preparation of reports and presentations for senior-level personnel.
