Description:

Join the business architecture practice in the Digital team, where we work to accelerate digital transformation at scale. The Digital team are delivering an enterprise wide architecture program that impacts all our business groups.

What role will you play?
You will analyse, design, and implement business processes, capabilities, and systems that align with the organisations strategic goals and customer needs. Collaborating with a wider community of architects, platform owners and technology teams, you will ensure that business architecture solutions are integrated with the organisation’s overall technology strategy.
You will also communicate business architecture concepts and solutions to stakeholders and work with other disciplines such as Experience Design, Change and Transformation, Technology, and Data Architecture to co-create the business solution.

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ of experience either delivering enterprise architecture or business architecture in large and complex organisations
  • Experience developing and maintaining business capability models, process models, information models and linkages to other domains
  • Experience with business/enterprise architecture tools and technologies
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience delivering within a business architecture practice would be advantageous
  • Well versed in digital technologies/ digital transformation.
