We are looking for a Senior Business Architecture Officer to join our Business Architecture team within the 1st Line Financial Crime Controls Design Authority, to contribute with their experience and expertise to our Financial Crime & Risk Prevention (FCRP) strategic transformation.
The Design Authority is essential for strategic transformations aimed at enhancing our approach to FCRP. While primarily focused on the design phase, the role extends through building, testing, and implementation phases to ensure a holistic approach to transformation.
This position ensures alignment and standardization across all business capability designs, controls, and processes within the FCRP Strategy Execution Portfolio. It is vital for aligning, enhancing, and assuring the quality of these elements before the development of solutions.
The role involves critical review and standardization to ensure that designs comply with the FCRP Strategy Execution and adhere to the Bank’s Compliance standards.

To excel in this role, we imagine you have:

• At least 5 years in a risk and control environment, with a strong interest process enhancement and efficiency.
• Proven experience in project execution, governance and validation.
• Practical and theoretical understanding of the non-financial risk-control environment, focusing on process enhancements, documentation, governance, and assessments.
• Advanced stakeholder management including communication and negotiation skills, with experience in dealing with senior management.
• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, and professional certifications like PMI or ICA are considered beneficial.
• Fluency in English, in both speaking and writing.
