Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented business assistant and data management specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting internal customers such as the sales team, the sales support team, and the management team by creating, managing, and safekeeping reports and other data to meet their specific needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Graduate
  • Excellent Communication Skills in both written and oral
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of VLookup and Pivot tables is a must
  • Must be able to learn new functions/formulas easily
  • Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience (formal or informal) in data management using spreadsheets
  • Willing to learn and be trained in advanced data automations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED)

  • Knowledge in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Looker Studio)
  • Knowledge of javascript or Google App Script and/or Excel VBA/Macros
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Access database software

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain simple to complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Create data reports, charts, and dashboards to effectively communicate trends
  • Clean and organize datasets to identify patterns
  • Automate repetitive tasks using formulas and functions to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and management to understand their data needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all spreadsheet data.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest spreadsheet software features and best practices.
  • Handle small projects from time to time related to churning out data for business needs.
