As a Business Assistant in the Investment Bank, you will support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will leverage your expertise to manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and handle client interactions. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Proven experience in professional client handling and relationship building.
- Full competency in diary management with sound judgment.
- Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in arranging travel and creating detailed itineraries.
- Demonstrated proactivity and ownership in previous roles.
- High-level technical capabilities and system navigation skills.
- Strong awareness of expense systems and cost control.
- Professional demeanor, calm under pressure, and effective collaboration.
- Positive, common-sense approach to time management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries, including meetings, conference calls, and events.
