As a Business Assistant in the Investment Bank, you will support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will leverage your expertise to manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and handle client interactions. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience in professional client handling and relationship building.
  • Full competency in diary management with sound judgment.
  • Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in arranging travel and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Demonstrated proactivity and ownership in previous roles.
  • High-level technical capabilities and system navigation skills.
  • Strong awareness of expense systems and cost control.
  • Professional demeanor, calm under pressure, and effective collaboration.
  • Positive, common-sense approach to time management.
  • Flexibility and receptiveness to change.
  • High attention to detail and quality results delivery.

  • Understanding of investment banking culture and organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries, including meetings, conference calls, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure compliance with T&E policies.
  • Handle client interactions and coordinate departmental activities.
  • Collaborate with support groups and key stakeholders across the business.
  • Utilize internal systems for data entry, reporting, and information collation.
  • Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks.
  • Integrate into the business, understanding priorities and expectations.
  • Partner with assistants across the organization for coverage.
  • Participate in projects, presentations, and training as needed.
