JOB DESCRIPTION
The Campaign Sr. Associate will work as part of Banking-Business Banking Acquisition marketing team.
As a Business Banking Acquisition Campaign Sr. Associate you will leverage your strong campaign strategy experience to develop, execute, and manage multiple marketing programs/campaigns focused on Acquisition marketing to support key Business Banking initiatives across multiple channels. You will own awareness campaigns, product launch marketing, segment marketing and branch promotional marketing. In addition, you will demonstrate a commitment to a strong focus on end-to-end customer experience, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- 3+ years of digital marketing, email and a proven track record in direct (print) marketing
- Knowledge in Digital marketing such as: owned, earned and paid channels – broad executional knowledge of social, paid display, email, and website creative
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
- High energy, solutions-oriented individual with the ability to run with multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
- Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate collaborate with strategy partners on Acquisition campaigns.
- Manage internal creative agency and assist with creative versions (by program)
- Ensure a strong control environment and serve as the second set of eyes on final creative and other executional aspects for campaign management.
- Deliver campaigns and other programs
- Manage campaigns (digital, print, awareness and offer-based) to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters
- Manage direct response marketing campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies and reduce costs
- Collaborate with marketing managers to identify opportunities, efficiencies, campaign strategy and the framework for measurement and reporting
- Launch multi-channel execution (from concept development to delivery) including working across multi-functional teams, such as Product and Marketing Strategy team, Segment and branch partners, Agencies for creative development and execution and Legal and Compliance for approval of all marketing content
