Multitude Bank plc is looking for an experienced Business Banking Officer to support the launch of its Business Banking platform. The Business Banking Officer is responsible for the whole lifecycle of our Business Banking customers. All prospective customers need to be treated professionally. The onboarding journey must be of the highest standards. Such a person needs to work closely with the Bank’s business and compliance functions, maximising the potential within the approved policies and set parameters.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- On-boarding of clients by collecting necessary due diligence documents to open business accounts in accordance with the Company`s policy and procedures;
- Assess prospective customers in line with the set procedures and parameters;
- Clearly understand the nature of business of the applicant, expected monetary activities on the account, and obtain a clear understanding of the Corporate Structure;
- Communicate with the customers through the designated communication channels, including phone, chat, and email;
- Reviewing and updating company records for ongoing monitoring purposes;
- Documenting and updating internal procedures;
- Assisting existing clients with day-to-day queries and liaising with other internal departments for support;
- Work closely with the product teams to better assist customers with new product features and services;
- Convey customer feedback and suggestions to the respective teams;Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
