• Experience in a phone based or front-line customer service role with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
• A self-starter who takes accountability, with a willingness to make a difference while learning on the job
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email

• Excellent relationship management skills, quickly building trust and maintaining positive connections with colleagues and customer
