Description:
Location: Homebased Working
Salary: £27,824 plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri (2-week shift rotation – 8am – 4pm and 10am – 6pm)

WHO YOU ARE
- Call center/ call center environment experience is essential
- Customer service experience is essential
- Experience working with business/ corporate customers is desirable

There’s a huge difference between simply doing your job and going above and beyond. Our SME Complex Care and Kick Start Care team is a tailored service to ensure our customers are setup for success. Providing great customer service is about listening to people and picking up on the small details that help you really understand their needs.
As a Customer service agent, you will handle all sorts of queries relating to our mobile, fixed and collaborative products. You will engage with our new and renewing business customers for their first 45 days and beyond to ensure a smooth introduction into Vodafone. You’ll be empowered to identify opportunities where additional products may benefit them, and you’ll need to apply your knowledge as well as use your great rapport skills to get the customer’s commitment to wanting to find out more.
