Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced department by providing a wide range of services. These responsibilities include sorting, digitizing, and archiving incoming mail and couriers, as well as processing outgoing mail and couriers using carrier platforms. You will manage incoming electronic faxes, perform digital imaging, and handle the printing, collating, and binding of documents. Additionally, you’ll compile, format, and save electronic documents into Digital Closing Books, assist with tracking monthly statistics, and monitor mailroom equipment, troubleshooting minor issues and coordinating repairs as needed. You will also assist with Business Centre special projects, order and stock office supplies, and perform other duties as required.
