Description:
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- A Business Analyst with 3+ years’ experience of working in Business Change or Process Improvement environments, delivering quantifiable and measurable improvements.
- Demonstrable experience of working on a variety of projects across differing functions within the business and able to quickly adapt to the environment.
- Experience of working with, influencing, managing and appropriately challenging senior stakeholders to realise key business benefits and successful outcomes.
- Able to work autonomously, with varying deadlines and multiple required outcomes.
- Whilst not essential, experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning initiatives would be desirable due to recent investment in this space.

We are recruiting a Business Analyst to play a crucial role in introducing and managing business change. You will be responsible for understanding and translating business issues and needs into clear, actionable requirements and processes for the delivery of effective, practical solutions.
This role will be based at either our Birmingham or London office and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
