Vacancy: Business Change & Learning Analyst - PGMS Fusion
Location: Royston
Job Family: Business Transformation
Fixed Term Contract: end date December 2025
As a Business Change & Learning Analyst - PGMS Fusion, you will support the Fusion Change Lead and Fusion Learning Lead to deliver change and learning activities on the Fusion programme. The analyst will work on both Fusion 1 and Fusion 2 projects on specific activities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Meet with SMEs and BAs to review and update Fusion 1 change impact assessments and “What does Fusion mean for me” presentations.
  • Manage Fusion 1 change action tracker, ensuring actions are tracked and mitigated, including SOPs, and support the UK change readiness assessment.
  • Support Change Lead with Fusion 1 change status report and follow up on Fusion 2 action tracker to ensure actions are completed.
  • Lead discussions to confirm training curriculum for ERP (Dynamics 365) and refining (CAI) systems and populate the TNA template for both systems.
  • Ensure alignment between system access mapping and TNA, and support PMO with scheduling and reporting end-user learning.
  • Review and check learning materials as needed and take on other duties within skills and abilities as instructed for the Fusion Programme Change and Learning.

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience in developing change impact assessments and managing change action trackers within an organization or demonstrated ability to apply previous experience to this activity.
  • Experience supporting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) within IT projects and managing training logistics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Change and Learning Leads as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to uncertain situations.
  • Demonstrates tenacity, persistence, and resilience in achieving goals.
  • Strong personal skills in managing complex and evolving tasks effectively.
