Specsavers has big plans for the future, and we’re kicking off some major global initiatives to get us there. But we know that change only works when people are ready to embrace it. That’s where our Global Business Change team comes in, and we need someone like you to help lead the charge.
As our Business Change Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with teams around the world to make sure everyone is prepared for what’s coming. You’ll be diving into the details—assessing the impact of changes, planning out how to get people on board, and making sure everything from communication to training goes smoothly. You’ll also have a hand in shaping how our team operates, ensuring we’re working efficiently and effectively as we navigate this exciting journey.

We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of the change process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to rally teams around a common goal.
