POSITION SUMMARY

• Independently create both internal and external communication pieces that summarize compliance requirements and crucial next steps that must be taken based on the intended audience.
• Present and coordinate information cross-functionally to ensure all stakeholders are aware of what is happening.
• Work with all levels of leadership to attain approvals and signoffs.
• Assume other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years regulatory experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience writing communications such as newsletters, memos, documents for both internal and/or external audiences.
• Experience with compliance, legislation regulations, and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of self-funded health plans and Third-Party Administrators.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
