You will be joining Pictet Wealth Management to support the PWM CBC Market Supervisory based in Geneva, team primarily responsible for managing the following risks for PWM & PAS: market abuse detection and prevention, identification of dormant relationships as well as monitoring of shareholding disclosure for Pictet Group entities.
Responsibilities:
- Shareholding disclosure: analysing and handling daily alerts reported by the internal monitoring tool; taking part in regulatory and legal watch;.
- Market abuse: analysing and handling transaction alerts related to insider trading or price manipulation monitoring; taking part in regulatory and legal watch.
- Dormant accounts: identifying, following up and monitoring dormant accounts.
- Team environment framework: be a team member player in implementing an effective Compliance-related monitoring plan, measures and controls to enable an adequate regulatory risk review.
- Business support: providing support for advising to the business and senior management relating to all covered regulatory matters.
- Assisting the team in carrying out other regulatory functions as required.
- Be part of maintaining key internal relationships to foster a positive compliance culture through communication and training, and providing staff with timely and pragmatic advice on day-to-day issues.
