THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Business Analysts who are interested in growing their career in Business and Project Services Consulting.
As a Terra Firma Business Consultant, you will benefit from working with a variety of our valued clients across a broad range of industry sectors. You will work on long and short-term projects where your business analysis and process improvement skills will be showcased. Reporting to the Consulting Capability Lead, you will be provided with ongoing leadership and support.
A typical assignment with one of our clients may include:
Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements

- Performing “as is” and “to be” process and gap analysis
Modelling/mapping of business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements

- Leading stakeholder meetings and the facilitating workshops
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
Creating functional specifications for solutions

Estimating costs and identifying business savings
-
Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team

- Planning, overseeing, and contributing to system and user acceptance testing
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
