Position: Business Consultant II
Contract: Housing and Urban Development
FLSA Status: Full-time exempt
Period of Performance: August 2024 - March 2025
Location: Remote

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited US college or university.
• Must be a US citizen.
• A minimum of 5 years or more of experience working under a similar project or contract.
• Analytical mind with ability to complete difficult and complex assignments.
• Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with the customer and the HUD team.
• Organized self- starter with stellar customer service skills.
• Able to operate independently.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency using all Microsoft Office 365 applications including: Skype/Teams Conferencing, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and printer/scanner
• Work Environment:
• Office environment will include sitting at a desk and operating office equipment including a laptop/computer, printer, and scanner, answering, and speaking by telephone. The employee will occasionally be asked to travel by car or plane to remote work locations as needed including trade shows or industry days.

• Strategic planning, process improvement methodologies, change enablement and management, and consolidation of operations.
• Develop training curriculum to meet the unique needs of a particular customer’s requirements, facility working group and sessions, design schedules, conduct analyses, develop models, write reports, prepare presentations, present results, perform data collection, and data reduction/consolidation requirements.
