Jack Henry’s Enterprise Workflow Support & Services team is hiring a consultant to help deliver cutting edge software solutions to make our clients’ lives easier! This individual works to advise financial institutions of best practices and ways that our product allows for automation and efficiency in multiple areas. Days are spent interfacing with internal and external stakeholders at high levels so good communication skills are a must! The ideal candidate is a visionary, able to work independently to identify gaps, craft high-level strategic solutions, and work collaboratively with our partners to deliver success. Jack Henry strives for a culture of growth, and from this opportunity individuals would be exposed to multiple opportunities for growth within this team or with other product groups with which they would collaborate.
This position will be filled to work at remotely within the U.S.
The target salary range for this position is $68,850 - $100,000, based on location and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site customer operational and/or systems analysis resulting in problem identification. During engagements, identify operational and system enhancement opportunities.
  • Draft proposals, including detailed reports that outline the findings and recommendations for process improvement.
  • Based on results, design solutions and hardware/software specifications by creating detailed documents.
  • Support customers by utilizing data analytic tools and identifying ways to improve key performance factors.
  • Create solution deployment strategy.
  • Ensure testing and customer training are referred to support organizations.
  • Create project plans to monitor progress, assuring all milestones are completed as projected.
  • Effectively discuss JH products, services, and solutions with customers to ensure client retention.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.
