These consultants guide and assist our clients in navigating the complex landscape of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related modules. Beyond guiding the decision-making process, our consultants support clients in the implementation of their chosen solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal integration into their organisational framework. WHAT STRENGTHS DO YOU HAVE?

You …

• have a passion for learning… without that, there is no fit!
• bring valuable insights to the table with any experience related to (corporate) talent solutions, recognising that our primary focus is focused on learning.
• are a true team player who has no problem to work autonomously.
• display a willingness to enhance your technical skills, exploring areas such as CSS, HTML, SSO and integrations with HR tools.
• have a relevant university degree, or demonstrate a similar level of thinking.
• showcase fluency in both Dutch and English. Bonus points if you speak French!
• approach challenges with enthusiasm, embodying an open-minded attitude that’s always ready to learn.
• are willing to travel and work in different locations (main activity is in Belgium, HQ in Kontich and at the client’s location).

We are looking for junior profiles, with the ability to work autonomously, responsibly and willingness to learn.
