Description:
The Business Consulting position at thinkCOMPASS will consist of examining and researching a client’s industry and operations. Once research and examination is complete, creation of innovative optimization strategies will take place for areas identified in research. Communication and pitch of ideas and work scope to clients. Work with marketing and business analytic tools to design and measure a proposed business plan over time. Present findings to clients with ongoing improvements and solutions to identified problems. Follow-up and client retention for long-term grown strategies and relationship management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or related field
- 3+years experience in the consulting field
- A firm grasp of current market trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Robust interpersonal capability
- Excellent analytical abilities
- A drive to work autonomously while still achieving goals
