We are now expanding our services to include software and application development to further enhance our offerings in vocational education and organizational growth.
We are seeking a talented Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. With a strong foundation in traditional consulting and a growing focus on technology-driven solutions, we are committed to helping our clients achieve their business goals through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address business and organizational challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of organizational systems and structures.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive digital training programs aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology for employee development and organizational growth.
  • Analyze organizational workflows, procedures, and job descriptions to identify improvement areas.
  • Develop and recommend solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct work studies to evaluate existing and proposed methods and procedures.
  • Prepare and implement recommendations to optimize organizational performance.
  • Develop and maintain organizational documentation, including manuals and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients in implementing recommended changes.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above major in Business or relvenat field OR at least you have 5 years related work experience.
  • Strong background in finance, sales, and marketing development.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish human resource control policies at both headquarters and regional levels.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas to both internal and external senior leadership.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to recognize critical financial impacts on the business.
  • Facilitative and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and clients.
  • Leadership ability to motivate and lead teams in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving aptitude, including data analysis and validation, and financial and commercial competence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Creativity, innovation, and the ability to seize opportunities.
  • Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Employees will work a standard 35-hours or above from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While additional hours may be required, they are optional
