REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years of professional experience in a consulting company or Consumer industry setting with a demonstrable depth of knowledge. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable
- Expertise in one or more consumer industry sub-verticals: CPG, Retail, Travel, or Hospitality
- Experienced consultant in one or more of the following domains: Merchandising excellence, commercial excellence, marketing, or supply chain
- Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies to transform a client’s business
- MBA preferred
Responsibilities:
- Help define EPAM’s go-to-market value proposition within the CPG, Retail, Travel, or Hospitality space, interfacing with senior leadership to craft industry offerings
- Lead EPAM strategic engagements in planning, selecting, and optimizing offerings that map a customer’s vision & requirements to solutions
- Engage with clients to understand their strategic vision of the proposed initiative and determine gaps that need to be addressed through strategically focused workstreams
