We have multiple exciting opportunities at nbn, for Business Continuity Partner reporting to Senior Manager, Enterprise Resilience (BCM).
A bit about your role
The Business Continuity Partner role supports the delivery and implementation of nbn’s revised BCM program, ensuring recovery of our processes during disruptions. Key responsibilities include development of BC documentation and validating those documentation through training, test and exercise, so everyone at nbn is well prepared for any disruption.
The role also includes project coordination, stakeholder management, reporting to senior management, and tracking project metrics to achieve objectives and deliver value to nbn.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate should have good years’ of experience in business continuity, change management, project management, with knowledge of the telecommunications industry being highly valued. We value experience in explaining and solving complex problems, implementation of enterprise-wide programs, and managing projects. Key skills include familiarity with project lifecycle, the ability to influence and support stakeholders, and people centric approach through high velocity and impact events.
Effective stakeholder management will be key to your success, so exceptional communication and influencing skills are critical for the role and applicants will be comfortable presenting at all levels. Additionally, experience in other resilience activities, such as emergency management, and crisis management, would be advantageous.
