WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with others, but don’t mind working independently as well
• Basic understanding of coding principles are seen as a plus (large data sets)
• Excellent problem solving skills and strong logical thinking
• Very strong analytical skills and comfortable with large data sets
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data reporting and analysis.
  In addition we are looking for someone with a Master’s degree in finance or industrial engineering and management and at least 2 years of experience in similar kind of tasks. Previous experience in manufacturing industry is seen as an advantage, as well as SAP / OneStream knowledge.
  To succeed in this role you have an excellent English skills, both written and verbal. Other language skills such as Finnish is considered as a plus.

• Operative reporting and profitability analysis
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Provide fact-based data in financial decision making, when ever needed.
• Monitor and analyze key financial indicators, variances, and trends, providing actionable recommendations to improve profitability
• External and Internal Audit Support
