Responsibility: You will be responsible for Monthly Reporting, Forecasts, Budget, driving financial projects and business cases, and continuously developing financial insights and reporting.
Collaboration: You’ll work closely with your immediate team members and the Marketing & Communication Leadership Team, fostering collaboration across the company and directly towards parts of Dustin Leadership Team.

Core activities:

• Financial planning & follow-up: Develop and oversee financial plans, tracking profitability and analyzing variances to optimize performance.
• Business Partnering: Close collaboration with the Marketing, Communication & Sustainability department, providing financial insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Continuous improvement: Actively contributing to increase efficiency and improvements of way of working within the Business Control team.
