QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• At least 5 years of financial management experience, ideally in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Office-based role with occasional travel to operational sites and client meetings.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor financial performance, and provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including profitability analysis and key business drivers.
• Conduct profitability analysis for various services, routes, and customers, identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficiency measures in collaboration with operations and procurement teams.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, such as profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, by preparing detailed statements and presenting clear insights to senior management.
• Assess financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and evaluate new projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, streamline reporting processes, and train team members on best practices.Oversee office administration, including vendor management.
