  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a tech-savvy attitude.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A strong background in finance, accounting, and business analysis.
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to analyze extensive data.
  • A proactive, business-oriented mindset with an interest in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills, robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

  • Drive and optimize month-end close processes: account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
  • Perform monthly controlling of actuals, identify variances from budgeted/forecasted results, and collaborate with department heads to address any discrepancies.
  • Preparing financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Support the forecast and budget processes according to annual planning wheel.
  • Provide ad hoc support and finance-related trainings to budget owners.
  • Facilitate the business in their Accounts Payable processes by working closely with AP staff and cost owners.
